<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid control valve and a plate with filters used in the fluid control value capable of facilitating the exchange of filters and shortening the exchange operation time. SOLUTION: In this fluid control value formed by installing a valve body 30 in which ports are formed in correspondence with the positions of respective ports of a valve block 10 on the valve block 10, a plate 20 is provided between the valve block 10 and the valve body 30. Passages communicating the respective ports of the valve block 10 and the respective ports of the valve body 30 are formed in the plate 20, and filters 24, 25 are provided on the passages.</p> |
