PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position information notice unit in a radio terminal with a function that informs a user of its position information when a PS stores a CSID and the PS detects its CSID (comes to the location). SOLUTION: 'A radio transmission reception section 4, a communication controller 5 and a memory 6' controlled compositely by a CPU 3 are connected to a terminal 1, an antenna 2 is connected to this radio transmission reception section 4 and the system is provided with base stations 7-1-7-n controlled compositely by a control section 8. This memory 6 is a memory that stores ID information stored in the base stations included in transmission signals from the base stations received by the radio terminal 1 that makes transmission reception to/from the base stations 7-1-7-n. The radio transmission reception section 4 obtains the current ID information of signals received at present from the base stations and its current electric field strength information. A notice means is provided, which informs the user of it that the terminal is present at a designated place on the basis of three sets of information (discrimination condition) such as the stored ID information, the current ID information and the current electric field strength information.
