LIGHT-EMITTING DEVICE AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device with high efficiency of deriving light. SOLUTION: Transparent electrodes 20 are formed on a glass substrate 10 at predetermined spaces and in mutual parallel. The transparent electrodes 20 have gaps 60 to the glass substrate 10 and also have uneven portions on the surfaces at the side of the glass substrate 10 for changing the direction of light. A light-emitting layer 40 is formed on the surfaces of the transparent electrodes 20 at the opposite side to the glass substrate 10 and at a preset space in the direction perpendicular to the transparent electrodes 20 for emitting light depending on applied voltage. A counter electrode 50 is formed on the light emitting layer 40 for reflecting light.
