PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate cleaning work of a filter by coupling the other end a fitting plate to a linear motor body via a screw member inserted into a screw inserting portion, and then fitting a plurality of blowers having the filters to the single fitting plate. SOLUTION: This linear motor is mounted to the external circumferential surface of a body 9 to freely turn via a bolt 16 with the right side of the lower end of single fitting plate 10 used as a fixing axis. When the filter 12 is placed under the cleaning condition, a plug code 13a is removed from a blower 11, and a clamp 14 is also removed from the fitting plate 10 to remove a lead wire 13. Next, when a screw 15 is loosened to release the fitting plate 10 and it is then turned clockwise about the bolt 16, the filter 12 is isolated from the support 13a and is exposed and therefore the cleaning is conducted. When the fitting plate 10 is turned counterclockwise, a stopper portion 10b is placed in contact with a linear motor body 9 for the positioning and the screw 15 enters simultaneously the upper and lower cutout portion 10a. As a result, the filter can be cleaned easily.
