摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain rotational energy that can reduce dissolution of resources and toxic substances due to combustion or the like by using, in several lateral or vertical stages, the process machines different from the multipole process machines for generat ing a turning force with an impulsive machine through voluntary repletion of the reciprocal motions. SOLUTION: This rotary machine defines a mechanism for generating strength or repulsion action and than convert such effect to a turning force with a torque machine to momentarily deviate a repulsion angle as single process power machine, by providing within a fixing machine an elliptical groove S for momentarily generating multiple poles within the fixing machine and rotary machine from the permanent magnetism of the same pole at the end surface of internal side cycle in contact with the fixing machine. The end of momentary machine O moves along the angle of the elliptical groove with a rotating axis G in the repulsive operation, and a dynamically large force is placed momentarily near the magnetism in the rotary machine, to convert the repulsive force to a rotating force and is then transferred to a main shaft r1 to generate rotating motion. As a result, a rotational energy providing stable output to keep the continuous rotation can be obtained to reduce dissolution of resource and contamination.
