A system controller (CPU) 100 controls the operation of the entire camera while including print operation as well. The printer part 111 is prevented from being vibrated or inclined during the operation of the printer part 111 and the quality deterioration of a print image can be prevented. Further, since the digital camera part is not operated during cartridge exchange, this camera is safe in use as well.
