REMOTE CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the frequency of executing communications from a monitoring device in a remote control method for controlling automatic transaction devices arranged in business stores by the monitoring device in a monitoring center. SOLUTION: An automatic transaction device 10 arranged in each of business stores is connected to a monitoring device 30 and is monitored and controlled. Thus, schedules for one week on each of the automatic transaction devices 10 are generated in a monitoring device 20 and they are given to the monitoring device 30 at appropriate timing. Since an instruction corresponding to the schedule is given to the automatic transaction device 10 from the monitoring device 30, frequency for executing communications from the monitoring device 20 is reduced.
