PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the security of a transmission attribute, also to make more reliably executable a soft ware distribution operation in a transmission system and also to facilitate the periodical automatic execution of the distribution operation by automatically setting an attribute necessary to selective distribution without disclosing the transmission attribute to the public for users of a reception system in the case of desiring to selectively distribute software and data to each different user of the reception system through a network. SOLUTION: An individual information managing device 120 offering the individual information of a user in a reception system 110 is connected onto a network, makes the individual information obtained from the device 120 correspond to a transmission attribute showing a distribution rule in the individual information-transmission attribute corresponding part 101b in a software managing part 101 in a transmission system 100, and stores and updates the individual information in a transmission attribute managing part 101c. In the case of distributing software and data, a transmission destination deciding part 101d acquires a transmission attribute to distribute the software and data, acquires the reception system having the obtained trnasmission attribute and distributes the software and data to the reception system. |
