PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize objective and accurate personel ability rating by permitting a preliminary processing means to set evaluation on plural evaluation items as the individual evaluation point of a numerical value, corresponding to the property, to add the individual evaluation points and to obtain a total point and permitting an evaluation means to collate the total point with total evaluation reference by means of numeric display and obtaining total evaluation. SOLUTION: An evaluation result D obtained by a person in charge of personnel ability rating is inputted (S1), it is collated with an evaluation result which is read from an individual evaluation reference file F2, and an individual evaluation point is decided (S2). The individual evaluation points are added for respective evaluation attributes, and an attribute total point is obtained (S3). The attribute total point is collated with attribute evaluation reference which is read from an attribute evaluation reference file F3, and an attribute evaluation point is decided (S4). All the attribute evaluation points are added, and a total point is calculated (S5). The total point is collated with total evaluation reference, which is read from a total evaluation reference file F4 and total evaluation, is decided. |
