PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric vibrator which improves energy confinement state and which can be connected surely and easily to a drive and detection circuit, and to provide a vibration gyro which uses the piezoelectric vibrator. SOLUTION: A vibrator, in which a drive electrode terminal 31 and detecting electrode terminals 32, 33 are installed on one main surface of a piezoelectric ceramic substrate provided with a polarization axis in its thickness direction, is integrated with a frame-shaped support implement which supports the vibrator. Thereby, a vibrator unit is formed. After that, the unit is fixed directly to, and integrated whit, a circuit board in which drive and detecting electrode terminals are arranged in the same positions as the electrode terminals 31, 32, 33. |
