摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium fluorophosphate useful as the conductive salt of an electrolyte for a lithium battery. SOLUTION: This conductive salt is expressed by formula: Li+[PFa(CHbFc(CF3)d)e], where is 1, 2, 3 or 4, 5 b is 0, 1, 2 or 3, is 0, 1, 2, or 3, and is 1, 2, 3 or 4. On the condition that a ligand (CHbFc(CF3)d) may be different, a+e=6, b+c+d=3, and b and c are not 0 simultaneously. Alkylphosphorus fluoride is distillation-separated on an anhydrous condition in a nonprotonic polar solvent such as dimethyl ether to obtain a generated mixture, and it is reacted with lithium fluoride preferably near the room temperature according to the reactivity. The performance of a lithium battery can be stabilized over a long period.
