PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To numerically comprehend the excess/lack of workers by individual time bands, to adjust the excess/lack between posts, to efficiently employ the workers and to improve man-hour productivity by retrieving attendance time zones of the respective workers on a job schedule table generation date from attendance time information, based on schedule information of the respective workers and inserting it into the prescribed column of a job schedule table. SOLUTION: One data management computer DM, managing schedule data, and a plurality of data input reference computers EU connected by a cable or radio via a local area network LAN or a wide area network WAN are installed. Job schedule tables by individual time zones on a certain and at a certain department which are generated by a job schedule table generation program 30 are displayed on the display devices 15 of EU and DM, and data are refistered/updeted/deleted by using a keyboard 16 and a pointing device 17. |
