PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, in which the arrangement of optical axes of a plurality of area sensors can be set freely and which is low-cost in the system, which measures the position of an object, using the plurality of area sensors. SOLUTION: An optical-path conversion means, which is constituted of one or more prisms 208, 209, 210, 211 or optical fibers is installed in the sensor parts of a plurality of area sensors, so that the plurality of area sensors are arranged on the same face, that the cameras of the respective sensors are arranged differently in the area sensors and that optical axes of the respective cameras are arranged differently. This system is provided with a substrate 201 and optical-path conversion enclosures 202, 203. |
