摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure an SIR(signal-to-interference power ratio) with high precision without being affected by phasing environment and multistation interference or noisy environment. SOLUTION: An inverse spread part 11 performs the inverse spreading of a digitally converted receive signal with an assigned spread code, a receive power and interference power measurement part 14 calculates the receive power or/and interference power from a mobile station, and a total receive power calculation part 3 calculates total receive power which is the sum of receive signals of respective channels received by the same receiving antenna 6. Further, an SIR calculation part 15 calculates the SIR of the receive signal by using the receive power or/and interference power from a specific mobile station and a sending power control information calculation part 16 calculates sending power control information so that the SIR of the receive signal approximates a necessary SIR. The sending power of the mobile station can, therefore, be controlled into a proper state.
