PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solar cell which is excellent in photoelectric conversion efficiency and high in long-term stability and a method of easily manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: A solar cell is equipped with a transparent anti-reflection film 1 which contains crystalline fine particles that are 0.1 μm or below in grain diameter and is formed on a light receiving surface 2, where the crystalline fine particles are doped with at least one element selected out of an element group composed of Ce, Eu, Tb, Sm, Yb, Au, Cu, Mn, and Sb. |
