PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate adjusting work by a method wherein a sliding member is provided with a cylindrical part having a bottom wall on which a hole is formed and an operating part, an eyelet part is inserted in the hole of the bottom wall in the sliding member, an edge of the hole of the bottom wall is made to cut into an outer peripheral surface of the eyelet part, and the sliding member is rotatably attached. SOLUTION: A sliding member 7 is constituted of a metal plate harder than an intermediate terminal 6 and is provided with a cup-shaped cylindrical part 7c having a bottom wall 7b on which a hole 7a is formed, and an operation part 7e which is bent from a part of an upper end of the cylindrical part 7c and has a driver trench 7d arranged above the cylindrical part 7c. The cylindrical part 7c of the sliding member 7 is arranged on an upper surface 1a of an insulating board 1. An eyelet part 6d of the intermediate terminal 6 is inserted in the hole 7a of the bottom wall 7b in the state that a through hole 1c of the insulating board 1 is penetrated by the eyelet part 6d. An edge of the hole 7a of the bottom wall 7b is made to cut into an outer peripheral surface of the eyelet part 6d, and the sliding member 7 is rotatably attached.
