PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the insertion of a second-turn portion of a cable into an insertion gap in a guide portion of a rotation side member. SOLUTION: A thick portion 25, wider than a cable insertion gap t1 between a guide portion 11b and a rotation side member 11, is formed at a second-turn portion 13b near the guide portion 11b of a cable 13 guided out of a terminal member 17' mounted on the rotation side member 11 of a rotational connection device, thereby preventing the insertion of the second-turn portion 13b of the cable 13 in error into the cable insertion gap t1 between the guide portion 11b and the rotation side member 11.
