PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently reinforce a safety circuit of a heater by forming two of three springy connector contact pressure terminals arranged so as to secure contact pressure to a heating element as an electric output contact pressure terminal and a GND contact pressure terminal from a main temperature detecting element, and installing one by bridging a sub-temperature detecting element between the electric output contact pressure terminal and the GND contact pressure terminal. SOLUTION: A main temperature detecting means 102 arranged in a heating element 101 is electrically connected to a connector contact pressure terminal 105a of a temperature detecting connector 104. The temperature detecting connector 104 is composed of three connector contact pressure terminals 105a to 105c. A sub-temperature detecting means 106 is arranged between the connector contact pressure terminal 105b and the GND connector contact pressure terminal 105c. The respective connector contact pressure terminals are springy, and try to keep contact with the heating element 101. Thus, a detecting temperature signal can be taken out of the main temperature detecting means 102 and the sub-temperature detecting means 106, so that failure of one system does not exert influence on the other system.
