PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an aligning mechanism, attachment of a magnet and arrangement of the magnetic path member of the magnet or the like compact and reliable in a turntable mechanism clamping and aligning a disk. SOLUTION: A turntable mechanism 2001 is provided with a turntable 2101, a magnet 2201 and a holder 2401, the turntable 2101 is provided with a disk placing part 2111, a disk guide part 2121 and the magnet housing part 2131 existing in the inner periphery of the disk guide part, the magnet is provided with an upper surface and a lower surface, the upper surface side is provided with a recessed part 2211, the magnet is placed so that the upper surface is exposed, the position of the holder relative to the turntable is fixed while the holder engages with the recessed part of the upper surface side of the magnet, and the magnet is held by the holder while being elastically pressurized against the lower surface side of the magnet.
