PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for facilitating the analogy decision of a trademark, etc. SOLUTION: The characteristic part of each trademark to be contrasted is given to an input layer, and meanwhile, the analogy or non-analogy of both trademarks are given to an output layer to construct a neural network. Input layer pattern information prepared about the trademark to be contrasted is inputted to the input layer of the constructed neural network, and the analogy of the trademark is decided by an output value of the output layer.
