PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the change in phase difference of a multiplied signal to a condition change such as temperature change by averaging offset pseudo sinusoidal signals of two phases generated by an original signal generating means, and reducing the deviated quantity from the set values of the phases. SOLUTION: Two phase pseudo sinusoidal signals CA, CB generated by an original signal generating means 1 and having nearly 90 deg. phase difference and the inverted signal to the signal CA, -CA, are input to an averaging means 4. In the offset averaging means 4, these signals CA, CB, -CA are added by resistive division and offset averaged secondary pseudo sinusoidal signals CA', CB' are generated. A sinusoidal signal generating means 2 generates a plurality of pseudo sinusoidal signals d'n (for example, d'0-d'7) by the use of secondary pseudo sinusoidal signals CA', CB', and multiplied signals A, B lowered in the sensitivity to the deviation of phase difference are generated and output by a multiplication signal generating means 3.
