PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost by integrally forming a protruding part protruding from a planar surface of a rectangular flat surface with a bracket body by plastic working. SOLUTION: A cylindrical pin (protruding part) 212 is formed at a bottom of a bracket body 211 press formed in a box state of a bracket 210. The pin 212 is protruded from a position at a center of a rectangular flat surface 213 formed at the bottom of the body 211. The body 211 and the pin 212 are integrally formed at an iron plate material such as a cold rolled steel sheet or the like by plastic working. A bolt for clamping the bracket 210 at a side plate is inserted into bolt holes 214, 215, and the holes 214, 215 are burred to form female threads therein. A vibration-proofing rubber for absorbing a vibration of a condenser is mounted at the pin 212 so as to cover an outer peripheral side of the pin 212.
