PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling system, permitting an aircraft, cooling mounted electronic instruments employing a refrigerant, to cool them even upon staying on the ground. SOLUTION: A skin condenser 5 of vapor cycle cooling system(VCS) employing a refrigerant is covered by a cooling jacket 12 and the cooling jacket 12 is fixed by mounting tension bands 21 so as to be contacted closely with the condenser 5. Cooling liquid is circulated through the cooling jacket 12 by a cooling liquid circulating/cooling device 14 to cool the skin condenser 5. Further, an altitude, a speed of a plane and an atmospheric temperature are thrown into a CPU 17 through a flying condition throwing key 24 in a control unit 23 and data from a memory device 15 are read and operated to control the cooling liquid circulating/cooling device 14 while simulation on the ground can also be effected by a feedback signal from a temperature detector 13.
