PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit discharging of hot-water, having a plurality of temperatures, by one set of a heat source machine. SOLUTION: A hot-water supplying device is provided with a low-temperature unit 13, inserted into a hot-water circulating passage between a heat source machine and a floor heating panel. A liquid/liquid heat exchanger 23, having a double-tube structure for effecting heat exchange between high-temperature hot-water supplied from the heat source machine and low-temperature hot-water returned from the floor heating panel, is provided in the low-temperature unit 13. Further, the opening and closing of the hot-water circulating passage is controlled by a thermally-controlled valve 27 provided in the liquid/liquid heat exchanger 23 at the terminal unit of the side of the floor heating panel or near the same.
