PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly detect accident and warn to the side by detecting abnormal installation of a case by an installation abnormality detecting means, when the case is not placed into a nearly horizontal condition with respect to the installation face. SOLUTION: When a main body part 12d and a cover part 12g of a case 12 are not stuck to each other, the case in the abnormally installed condition in which the main body part 12d and the cover part 12g are floated, becomes obliquely slanted, or fall down by repulsion generated from a hinge mechanism 12s. An opening/closing mechanism 90a, capable of maintaining the condition of opening the main body part 12d and the cover part 12g, is energized by the case 12. Accordingly, under the abnormally installed condition, the main body part 12d is formed with an optical interface 12a, and because projecting light is diffused in a gas layer such as air, an optical path 22z/24z of the projecting light and the reflecting light of an optical installation abnormality detecting means cannot be formed on the normal position, and hence abnormality of installation of the case 12 can be detected easily.
