PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder that can simply and surely hole a portable phone with a different size, hold an external device for the portable phone and attain electric connection. SOLUTION: Both side plates are pivotally supported with a rear plate freely tiltedly around a rear plate base and respectively tilted inward by a spring 5. Furthermore, the holder has an electric circuit section for a charger or the like and an insertion section for an electric circuit connection plug of an external device connected electrically to the electric circuit section, a connector 8 of the electric circuit section is projected to a bottom plate upper face, and an electric circuit of the portable phone is connected to the connector. A thickness adjustment means is provided to a front face of the rear plate, this thickness adjustment means consists of a projection member with a projection and a recessed member with a hole receiving the projection, and the projection member is selectively fitted or not to the recessed member at a position at which the projection engages with the hole or at a position at which the projection does not engage with the hole.
