PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a perfect non-leakage closed state between a spherical sealing surface of a closing element and a circular sealing surface of a valve seat by allowing various sizes of steel balls for a seat valve to be available at reasonable cost. SOLUTION: This seat valve consists of a housing 1 and a valve seat 4. A cylindrical bushing Z and a closing element E for operations are provided in a bore 2 of the housing. The closing element E is movable with respect to the valve seat 4 by means of an actuator A. The closing element E is a ball 6 having a concentric waist part T, and the diameter d1 of the waist part T is greater than the diameter (k) of the valve, but is smaller than the inside guide diameter d3 of cylinder-bushing Z. Since the diameter d3 of the cylindrical bushing is smaller than that of the ball 6, the closing element E in the cylindrical bushing can be inserted-removed from the outside of the housing.
