PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add, revise the contents or delete an additional service without interrupting the process. SOLUTION: In the case of adding an additional service, a new SLP(service logic processing program) recorded on an FD 1 is given to an SMP(service management node) 20 in the unit of additional services and an OA and M(operation and maintenance node) 10 applies a command instructing addition of an additional service to the SMP 20 and an SCP(service control node) 30. The SMP 20 transfers a new SLP file to the SCP 30 according to this command. A memory of the SCP 30 expands translation information with respect to the new additional service and the SCP 30 adds this information to an SLP translation table 36 on line on the opportunity in the case of receiving the command from the OA and M 10.
