PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio machine antenna fitting structure which is light, small and inexpensive. SOLUTION: In this fitting structure, an antenna holder 108 where an antenna main body 107 is held slidably in an inner peripheral face and a male screw 109 is installed on an outer peripheral face, and a boss which is installed in a radio machine case 101 and which has a through-hole 102 where a female screw 107 is installed on the inner peripheral face, are arranged. The male screw 109 is screwed to a female screw 106, and the antenna holder 108 is fitted to the radio machine case 101.
