PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a simply structured and inexpensive stepping motor driving circuit usable by directly outputting plural control signals for driving plural phases of coils of a motor for an optical pickup movement control in an optical disk driving device. SOLUTION: In order to move an optical pickup 3 of an optical disk driving device to a target position in the direction of the radius of a disk 1, a logic address generating circuit 81 for generating N-kinds (N is an integer of >=2) of logic address signals, a micro step control circuit 7 for generating and outputting plural drive control signals for a stepping motor according to the logic address signals outputted from the logic address generating circuit, and a controller 91 for supplying a control input for generating the logic address signals to the logic address generating circuit are made into an integrated circuit.
