摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a defect such as a pinhole, and to provide an excellent mechanical characteristic and durability by placing a printing object under reduced pressure before drying after printing. SOLUTION: In a printing method of paste including ceramic powder, a printing object is placed under reduced pressure before drying after printing the paste. A reduced pressure processing condition is desirably kept under pressure of 0.1 to 30 Torr, a temperature of 30 to 60 deg.C and vibration. An adhesive 22 is printed on a mold separable plastic film 21, conductive paste layers 23a, 23b are then formed, and the paste including ceramic powder for an insulating layer is printed in layers so as to cover these layers to form a layer of a green sheet 24. After performing defoaming processing by placing a manufactured laminated body 20 in a reduced pressure atmosphere, a raw material mold for baking is manufactured by placing a separable raw mold of the plastic film 21. There is no defect such as a pinhole in the insulating layer in a ceramic heater obtained by baking the raw material mold.
