PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of electric continuity, durability and environmental resistance by forming the wiring connections for connecting first/second wiring, forming a wiring connecting opening part of the wiring connections in an insulating spacer, and crimping the first/second wiring so that both wiring are electrically continued via a conductive adhesive by the wiring connecting opening part. SOLUTION: In the wiring connections 20, first wiring 14a and second wiring 15a are respectively electrically connected, adhered and fixed via an anisotropic conductive adhesive 90. A thermally meltable adhesive 91 is arranged so as to surround the periphery of the anisotropic conductive adhesive 90 to further strengthen the connection of the wiring connections to improve connecting strength to increase sealing performance of the wiring connections 20. The connecting strength and adhesion can be strengthened further by changing a hardening component included in the thermally meltable adhesive 91. The anisotropic conductive adhesive 90 and the thermally meltable adhesive 91 are thermally compressed by a thermo compression bonding heater chip 101 in the wiring connections 20.
