<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic bearing system easy to adjust a set value of a levitation control position of a levitation support body and capable of easily detecting deformation and abrasion of an auxiliary supporter for the levitation support body. SOLUTION: The maximum and the minimum values of a positional displacement detection signal to be detected by positional displacement sensors 5, 6, 7 8 are detected by mechanically moving the maximum region of a levitation support body 9 between pairs of electromagnets 1 and 2, and 3 and 4 by sequentially exciting the facing electromagnets 1 and 2, and 3 and 4 on a magnetic bearing system to levitate, support and control the levitation support body 9 at an optional position between the facing electromagnets 1 and 2, and 3 and 4. An output adjusting part to adjust an offset correction part means so that a central value of the positional displacement detection signal shows a position to support the levitation support body 9 between pairs of the electromagnets 1 and 2, and 3 and 4 by outputting an adjusting command value to the offset correction means so as to show the position to levitate and support the levitation support body 9 after the central value of these maximum and minimum values passes the offset correction means.</p> |
