PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically conductive roll capable of preventing photosensitive body contamination, furnished with an excellent toner electrifying property, with little voltage dependency of electrical resistance and film thickness dependency and capable of maintaining high pitorial quality over a long period of time. SOLUTION: This electrically conductive roll has a base rubber layer 2 formed on an outer peripheral surface of a shaft body 1, an intermediate layer 3 formed on an outer periphery of the base rubber layer 2 and a surface layer 4 formed on an outer periphery of the intermediate layer 3. The surface layer 4 is formed by using a resin component containing components of (A) epichlorohydrin rubber and (B) acrylic silicone reformed polymer. |
