PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fitting which spontaneously emits light in the dark even after being put out and is capable of exhibiting the effect of cleaning, deodorizing and sterilizing of air. SOLUTION: This reflection plate 1 is formed by applying a light storage agent which absorbs the light of the lighting fittings 2 and spontaneously emits light in the dark on the surface of the reflection plate 1. The method for fabricating the reflection plate 1 consists of a first stage for degreasing the surface of the reflection plate 1, spraying a primer mainly composed of phosphoric acid to the surface and subjecting the surface to low-temperature baking, a second state of spraying a surfacer to the reflection plate subjected to the first stage and subjecting the surface to low-temperature baking, a third stage of applying a leadless white coating material to the reflection plate 1 subjected to the stage and subjecting the surface to low-temperature baking and a fourth stage of spraying a light storage coating material to the reflection plate subjected to the stage and subjecting the surface to low-temperature baking and fifth stage for spraying a surface skin clear coat to the reflection plate 1 subjected to the stage and subjecting the surface to a low-temperature baking.
