PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high picture quality excellent in antistatic performance and durability by laminating a conductive layer containing at least conductive fine particle and a phosphor layer consisting of stimulable phosphore phosphor on a support, and by providing a bonding layer between the layers. SOLUTION: A support 11 can be optionally selected from materials known as the support of a conventional conversion panel such as various kinds of polymeric materials, glass, and metal. Conductive fine particles contained in a conductive layer 12 can be selected from a tinoxide compound, a zincoxide compound, or an indiumoxide compound, but a tin compound is especially preferable. A bonding layer 13 is provided between the conductive layer 12 and the stimulable phosphor layer 14 to reinforce the connection between the conductive layer and the phosphor layer, and to improve durability, at the same time, an adhesive layer 13 for improving sensitivity and picture quality as a panel 10 is provided. An adhesion-imparting layer (different from the bonding layer) is provided between the support 11 and the conductive layer 12 to reinforce the connection of the conductive layer. On the bonding layer 13, the stimulable phosphor layer 14 containing stimulable phosphor is provided.
