PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an electronic watch smaller and thinner by flatly overlapping a power-generation train wheel at the lower part of an oscillating weight receive, and a circuit board. SOLUTION: A power-generation rotor transmission wheel 25 is arranged at the upper part of a train wheel bridge 13 arranged at the upper part of a generation stator 28, and a generation coil 29 is flatly overlapped to the generation rotor transmission wheel 25 and the train wheel bridge 13. A shaft part at the lower side of the generation rotor transmission wheel 25 penetrates through a generation stator 28, or is arranged near the side. The shape of a hole where the shaft part of generation rotor transmission wheel 25 of the train wheel bridge 13 penetrates through is similar to the through hole of the generation stator 28, and a slope shape is provided at the gear side of the generation rotor transmission wheel 25. Then, in the generation stator 28, a bend is provided in the vicinity of a contact fixed part with the generation coil 29, and, furthermore, a thin shape by flat working and rolling is provided at a side opposite to the contact surface of the generation coil 29, thus the size of the circuit board is made larger, roundabout routing of the pattern, and free layout of an electric element are made possible.
