PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent one's hands from becoming dirty and shorten the oil supply time by rendering a metal cap of an oiling port together with its support body to be detached from a tank as being transferred when released from an engagement. SOLUTION: An oiling port 13 disposed in a tank 1 and a metal cap 11 for the oiling port provided with an oil supply valve device 12 are in close contact with each other through a packing 9b which is interposed therebetween for oil sealing. A support plate 6 is provided with the cap 11 and engaging means 5a at a plurality of portions therearound, which are radiately arranged around the cap 11. With such a structure, a restoration force is generated in the packing 9a when the support plate 6 is engaged, whereas since the engaging means 5b are provided at a plurality of portions with a good balance considering the rebounding force, engagement and disengagement can be stably performed to attain an easy operability. Specifically, when the fuel tank 1 is put upside down, the cover is not unintentionally released.
