摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the influence of accumulated electric charges and to obtain high display quality by providing a switch between one end of each common source line and a ground terminal. SOLUTION: A switch circuit 2 opens the other end of each common source line in an illumination period specified with an inputted illumination control signal and grounds the other end of each common source line in a nonillumination period specified with the illumination control signal. In a nondriving state, a current source switching circuit 1 and a constant-current control circuit 3 are not driven and the switch circuit part 2 is driven (Respective switches connected to the other-end sides of common source lines are all turned ON.). Consequently, even when the illumination control signal indicates the nonillumination period, electric charges accumulated in respective light emitting diodes or their peripheries are discharged to the ground terminals through respective closed switches of the switch circuit part 2. Consequently, the light emitting diodes have no electric charge accumulated at their peripheries.
