PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor and an information processing method capable of furthermore increasing the speed of processing by effectively using a processing means allowed to be reconstituted. SOLUTION: A reconstitution control part 12 refers to intermediate data generated by a conversion processing part 4 and reads out constitution data from a constitution data management part 13 so as to execute development corresponding to the initial intermediate data to reconstitute a reconstitution enabled development processing part 11. The development of initial object data is executed by the reconstituted reconstitution enabled development processing part 11. In parallel with the execution of reconstitution and development, processing for selecting data allowed to be developed from the intermediate data by the same constitution is executed. Even when much time is not required for the reconstitution, the processing part 11 can be utilized without having the processing part 11 idle, so that the whole processing can be speeded up. Since object data developable by the same constitution is continuously developed, the number of times of reconstitution can be reduced and the speed of the processing can be more increased.
