PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dryer capable of improving its drying efficiency. SOLUTION: An object 10 to be dried is sequentially supplied into a drying cylinder 16 by a treating article supply unit 11. A pressure air is supplied into a pressure air ejector 13 by a pressure air supply unit 12, and injected in the cylinder 16. As a result, since the object 10 is comminuted and dispersed in the cylinder 16 by a kinetic energy of the air while rotating in the peripheral direction, its drying efficiency is enhanced. Hot air is supplied into a hot air ejector 15 by a hot air generator 14, and injected in the cylinder 16. As a result, since the hot air to become a drying source is injected to a periphery of a jet of the high-pressure air, a drying efficiency of the object 10 is further enhanced.
