PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make recording preparation of broadcasting material which regularly occurs more efficient. SOLUTION: A holding means PDT holds information for specifying a specific supply source at least and the information of scheduled date of broadcasting material supply supplied by the specific supply source. The broadcasting material supplied by the specific supply source is recorded by a data accumulating means (large capacity storage subsystem) at the supply scheduled date on the basis of the held information of the holding means PDT. When the supply scheduled time held by the holding means PDT comes, the broadcasting material supplied by the specific supply source is recorded by the data accumulating means.
