PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assemble an armature so as to keep the pitches and heights of its coils constantly equal to mutually between each other easily, by mounting the insides of the windows of the coils on its coil orienting block, and by integrating an upper cover with its coil orienting block. SOLUTION: In an armature assembling process, first, after mounting the inner surfaces of windows 31a of coils on a coil-orienting block 41, an upper cover 42 is integrated with the coil-orienting block 41 to keep constantly equal to each other the heights and pitches of the coils 31. Then, after performing the connection work for connecting electrically the coils 31 with each other, a fastening cover 43 is integrated with the coil orienting block 41 to fasten the coils 31 thereto. Subsequently, after integrating an armature frame 32 with the lower portions of the coils 31, a lower cover 44 is integrated with the coil orienting block 41, and the coils 31 are bonded by an epoxy bond to the armature frame 32, to fasten the coils 31 thereto. |
