PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the simulation method of a control program for making it unnecessary to separately prepare a controller for simulation, and for making it unnecessary to arrange all control equipment to be controlled for operation confirmation. SOLUTION: The data in the on/off state of an output contact circuit for control equipment(output equipment) 2 obtained by a control program 11 are transferred through a management program 13 to a simulation program 12 so that a simulated input contact circuit in the simulation program 12 can be operated. Then, the data in the on/off state of the simulated output contact circuit operated according to the simulated input contact circuit are received through the management program 13 by the control program 11.
