PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly transport a commodity designated by a user to a commodity take-out port without causing a blocking of the commodity when the plural commodities different in kinds are treated. SOLUTION: The correspondence relation between a commodity storage rack 102 storing a commodity and driving time is stored in a management table 403. When a user inputs a number by using a ten key 401, driving time corresponding to the number is taken out from the management table 403 and a control part 404 controls driving time after the commodity detection switch 330 of a bucket unit 109 detects the commodity.
