PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device capable of executing the versatile management of information to be exchanged with other equipment through plural interfaces to be automatically switched. SOLUTION: An ink-jet printer 11 provided with plural interfaces 13 to 15 to be automatically switched monitors the switching of these interfaces 13 to 15, and when an interface to be switched is defined, copies the contents of a management command stored in a management command setting work of a current interface before switching in a common setting work and prepares status information on the basis of the information copied in the common setting work.
