PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately set the extreme end position of an expanding flow passage forming member from a nozzle injection face to maintain measuring accuracy within statutory limit by fixing the reference dimension of a main fludic element, and setting the allowable range of a main circular arc radius. SOLUTION: The clearance D of a parallel straight line S from a nozzle injection face, the deviated distanceαof a main circular center P1 from a flow passage axis Z, the relief flow passage opening widthβ, and the restriction flow passage width Pw are respectively to satisfy the following conditions with respect to a main circular arc radius R: 1/2.1<=r/R<=1/1.9, 1.5<=D/R<=1.65, 0.04<=α/R<=0.12, 0.57<=β/R<=0.66, 1.12<=Pw/R<=1.25, and the main circular arc radius R is set to satisfy R/W=3.25-3.5 with respect to nozzle width W. Hereby, fluid vibration on the small flow side is prevented from omitting, and measuring error can be maintained under 3% of statutory critical error. As a result, because the shape and the size can be made optimum, the performance is doubly stabilized, deterioration of performance due to dimension tolerance between element solids generated at mass production can be reduced.
