PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve flame resistance, heat resistance and durability by constituting an anchor coat layer of a multifunctional compound, a polyester resin and a polyurethane resin having a specific glass transition point range, constituting a heat sealing tape layer of a filler and a polyester resin of a specific rate, and providing a high polymer plasticizer having average molecular weight of a specific range. SOLUTION: A polyester resin and a polyurethane resin having a glass transition point of 20 deg.C to 120 deg.C are included in an anchor coat(AC) layer 2. A heat seal(HS) layer 3 is composed of 80 to 20 wt.% of a filler mainly composed of flame resistance and 20 to 80 wt.% of a resin component mainly composed of a polyester resin, and 0.1 to 10 wt.% of a high polymer plasticizer having average molecular weight of 2,500 to 10,000 is included in 100 wt.% of a polyester resin. A resin component of the heat seal layer 3 requires performance excellent in a shape, an adhesive property and flexibility, and an adipic acid, an azelaic acid and a sebacic acid are used as the plasticizer to be added. |
