PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to align the center of the light quantity distribution of a laser beam source to the optical axis of a system with a simple mechanism. SOLUTION: A mounting part 21 for a laser diode 1 is formed at the device frame of this device. The mounting part 21 has a pair of inner peripheral surfaces 233 and 234 for press fitting which allow the press fitting of a circular outer peripheral surface 103 of a stem 101 of the laser diode 1 and a pair of projecting surfaces 241 and 242 which support an annular end face 104 of the stem of the laser diode 1 oscillatably around an oscillation central line L1. The laser diode 1 is oscillated around the oscillation central line L1 after the press fitting of the laser diode 1, thereby, the center of the light quantity distribution of the laser beam emitted therefrom can be aligned to the optical axis of the system. |
