SOLUTION: When a control part 211 detects that audio data for question are down loaded by reading out the control data preserved in the additional information area of a memory card 203, after it discriminates an input form, a question track, a response track, a mode or the like from the control data by executing the reproduction processing of a question, it monitors the operation state of an operation part 221 and starts a questionnaire by voices in accordance with the operation. Then, when a prescribed operation corresponding to answers is performed with respect to the operation part during the reproducing of the question, the part writes answers of the question in the additional information area for every track of the card 203. |
